music stuff

I'm listening to Madama Butterfly to get a feel for the music. The first rehearsal I'll be going to isn't until Sunday, and the rest of the chorus has already had three rehearsals. Fortunately, one of the SFGC friends, Harmony, is going to be joining at the same time as I am, so at least I won't be alone.

That's a lot of music and a lot of Italian to memorize in a very short time, but I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't know I could handle it. We open in under a month.
