Part 1: Woman gives her baby nephew a toxic cleaner-soaked rag to chew on, insisting that since it smells like orange, it can't possibly be harmful.
Part 2: Baby's mother returns, furious that her son was not permitted to chew on the toxic rag, demands to be issued a new one. Threatens to call the police.
